• Wash products at 30 to max. 40 degrees and inside out

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. After entering your personal data and clicking on the „Complete order“ button in the final step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the items in the shopping cart goods off. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent. The purchase contract is concluded with our delivery confirmation or delivery of the goods. If you do not receive a delivery confirmation or delivery from us within 14 days, you are no longer bound to your order.

Right of withdrawal

You can revoke your contract declaration within two weeks in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email to info@hemdenmachenbeute.de) or by returning the goods without giving reasons, unless you have exercised your commercial or self-employed professional Activity traded (orders by entrepreneurs). The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the goods and a detailed instruction in text form. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline. Consequences of revocation

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you cannot return the service received to us in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to pay us compensation for the value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection, as you would have been able to do in a retail store. You can also avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the item as if it were your property and refraining from anything that could impair its value. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. Items that cannot be sent by parcel will be picked up from you.

You have to bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the item at the time of the cancellation, you have not yet received the consideration or a contractual have made the agreed partial payment.

The right of withdrawal does not exist for

• Goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for return due to their nature or can spoil quickly or whose expiry date has passed,
• Audio or video recordings or software, provided that the data carriers supplied have been unsealed by you,
• Newspapers, magazines and magazines.

Since we manufacture each product individually for the customer, an exchange / replacement only takes place after consultation with us.
